Dear sir, This is Gunaseelan from chennai i have buy sony ericssion MH 650 headset on Jun 14 2014 from rediff shopping but I got received other model headset (sony ericssion MH 750) so i did register complaint through rediff shopping customer care executives and mail They told me to refund my money through cheque or DD within 20 working days, so my refund amount was initiated on June 22 but still i didn’t get the amount After one month (22/7/2014) i did make a call again to their customer care, then they says they are not able to refund my amount through DD and cheque so they asked me to give my bank account number So i sent my bank account details to shopsupport@rediff.co.in mail ID but still i din’t get any response from them My order no was 9857563 My complaint ID was [Ticket#108066354998] and [Ticket#109340054274]

I did make a call to them more then ten times but i haven’t got any response they wasted my money and time, i need two times of my amount i have paid INR-323
