My New Nokia BH 220 Luna Mobile not working

Hi, I have bought a new BH 220 Nokia Luna Bluetooth Device on 15th of May 2013 from Hyper City – Malad – Mumbai for Rs. 4530/- Invoice Date 15-5-2013. I have opened the pack on 1st June to use the product. I have kept the device for charging as per manual instructions provided by your company inside the pack. I have tried for two days but not able to Switch on the device. Today I have called Hyper City Customer Care and informed about the same. But now they are refusing to take it back since their Exchange Policy says that we need to return the product in 14 days and with unpacked condition. Now can you please advise me How a individual can check the electronic product without using it open it? Secondly later on I have contacted to a nearest Nokia Priority Shop located in Mulund West in Vikas Paradise and understood that their is some issue with the product and same need to be return back to Hyper City or they ( Nokia Dealer) will get it exchanged form the Company.

I have contacted you customer care no. several time 30303838 and understood that the BH 220 Luna model is not compatible to my handset C2. I agree that it’s a basic model but then how you can as a company sell a product with wrong advertisement UNIVERSALY COMPATABLE. What does it mean? I Request you to please look in to the matter and resolve the problem I will be personally visiting to the Hyper City Tomorrow Evening and look in to it. Expecting Your replay on the same .
