Dear Sir, As per order no 25135802, I bought a PUMA track suit for my father with size XL. As it was meant for gift, I removed the price TAG & gave him for trial. He confirmed that he needs one size smaller. Unfortunately, during all these 2-3 days, I lost the tag of product. Everything else is intact including the packing etc. Now, after following up with MYNTRA for umpteen times, they have refused my request to exchange the size telling me that as I have lost the price TAG and so in their eyes,its a big CRIME. Dear sir, in offline mode, I keep getting gifts from my relatives which are without tags. Almost 90% of the time, I go to shops & exchange them for my size or choice but no one till date made me feel guilty the way MYNTRA has behaved for this issue. I just want my money back…don’t want any return/exchange. Enough of these unprofessional people.
