My account no with tatasky is 1092095460 i have received msg that my account is due for recharge on 05.12.2014. i have paid annual charges rs2300.00 as per my existing dhamal== hindi/punjabi package. but now am receiving calls from their call center/ person who posed himself as owner of the company,because he does not have any higher authority and he is the final authority, told me that they have already changed my package from yearly to monthly. so now i have to again recharge. this is purely cheating by the company, how you people can change my annual subscription to monthly without my consent. i request to take action against the company so that they should continue the same as last year’s package immediate with wef 05.12.2014 under advice to me to avoid any litigation.
i want they have to restore my annual package retrospective dates as am using last year and pay penalty of rs 1.00 lac for mentally harassment/torture
