I am extremely disappointed with the myntra service. order number 25374681. I had ordered a puma shoe. I received a thin packet containing one red color ladies cheap sweater.I suspected on the very first day and called Customer care about the issue and as per their request i opened it and sent pics to returns@myntra.com.I was promised to wait for 5 days till 2nd jan stating this problem will be solved.But when i called on 3rd jan CMcare is telling they have verified their CC TV footage and the product was fine.So Is this my fault ordering from myntra .Now Myntra is playing with me saying they can’t help. you can check history (mails) i am registered with this email(kishore_is_ol@yahoo.com) .So at the end i raised a return request stating i received the wrong product but now they are telling we can’t take it back ,how disgusting and fraudulent is this. I am extremely angry with false information and product provided by Myntra. I would like to talk with manager about this and would seriously consider taking this issue to higher authority for misguiding the customer and and providing wrong product to the customer. This is not an expect able behavior considering this is an very well know website. I would also like to know about the review page where everyone can see this comments.Attaching Photos for your reference.
