Aircel Deduction of unexpected balance for no reason and when I ask , why the balance is deducted, they say there is no update in their system regarding this and then block my no. to talk with customer care for further enquiry. -4/01/2015 1) deduction of talktime 9.00 unexpectedly ( ie. from 184.79 to 175.79. 2) then deduction of taltime 12.00 after 10 minutes for no reason.( ie. from 20.79 to 8.79 ) 3) then again deduction of talktime 6.00 ( ie. from 8.79 to 2.79 )

Unexpected deduction of balance without any reason harassed me mentally. Even this made me a severe loss , as It was an emergency to call someone urgently , but my balance is deducted unexpectedly without any reason. ( This things can also adversely affect public , ” suppose , in late night someone is in emergency need to make a call , in any urgent situation , what will the person do at that moment” They deducted our balance , for no reason, but we call them , talk with them, request them to refund… Why so.. we loose our money , then again we loose our time talking with them. this happened many several times with me.
