I purchsed VOX Dual SIM Watch Mobile with Keypad & Camera from Naaptol online on 18th June,2013 making Rs.7033.00 online payment.I received the product 7 days after with a Discount coupon within.To my greatest dissappointment,I found the product of such inferior quality and the next day itself contacted customer care number to say my complaint,but invain.They refused to take the product back unless on some physical damage. Desparate I kept the product for myself and didn’t notice the date on the discount coupon which has to be redeemed on next purchase. On 25th of this month I made an attempt to make another purchase from Naaptol ,an iphone carry case and tried to enter the discount coupon number to avail discount,but the coupon was rejected for the expiry date on the coupon was 31-01-2013.Then only I noticed that I got cheated and immediately contacted the dealers and they promised to solve the issue within 48 hours.I again contacted them since there was no response as promised and they refused to entertain my complaint as it was not made within 24 hours of the acceptnace of the product.They are found not ashamed of their act of gifting a six-month prior expired discount coupon to their valued customer besides cheating him selling a product of inferior quality.

Its,therefore,my humble sumission that the mental agony and financial loss I suffered on account of this dealmay kindly be addreesd and reddreesed with due attention.I plead with extreme humility ,my financial loss may met with deserving recompesation.
