Dear Sir, I purchased online a Micromax Canvas A116 HD on 03/10/2013 from online store Big C Mobiles PVt. Ltd, Hyderabad vide order reference no 1418656. I made payment Rs. 12000/-(Rs. twelve thousand only ) by Axis Bank credit Card. Till date I am waiting my consignment and after made 156 calls they only assure me that the product will be send after some time and some times saying that the product will sent to your address. When I am asking consignment number and courier name they give me fraud number as well as name of courier. So, I think that this online store is doing fraud and Rs. 12000 was received by this company does not want to send my consignment.

In this matter I feel that following expenditure was expend by me for above said consignment Cost of Mobile : Rs. 12,000.00 Cost of mobile Billing : Rs. 500.00 Mental Harassment cost : Rs. 1,00000.00 Total Cost : Rs. 1, 12,500.00

So, please take strict action against this online store Big C Mobiles Pvt. Limited, Hydrabad and recover the above said amount i.e. Rs. 1,12,500.00 (Rs one lakh twelve thousand five hundred only) from this online store.
