NAAPTOL.COM – order rejected available during purchase

I have ordered Black Berry-9300 dated on 10/03/2014 order no. 8567189 thru website NAAPTOL.COM. Order has been placed and stock available for product. I have also pay the amount and confirmation received that Order will be received in next 2-3 days. Now when i am tracing the status of dispatch, customer care executive told that your order has been rejected due to non-availability of product at merchant level. Why order has been rejected if stock available during purchase.When i pay in advance so there is no chance of rejecting the order. So Please take some necessary action. Vivek Owdhwal
