Naaptol Online Shopping – Pathetic Service

Hello Mr. Agarwal,

Seek your quick intervene on below case.
I ordered one parcel of INR 1,499 on 07th April around. My Order ID is 34387320 for your reference.

I chose COD (Cash On Delivery) option for payment. Once product was delivered, it was not as per my expectation so I cancelled the order next day. Later, your courier boy took it back from my Bhavnagar located house and guaranteed that I’ll be getting refund in 02 days.

Since that time, I am approaching you guys for refund. Everytime when I called them, they said it will be done in 02 days. It is 20 days passed and still I am waiting for refund to be credited in my given account details.

This is very pathetic service and worst experience I faced with Naaptol. Their customer executives asking to be “ON HOLD” and went for 04 to 05 minutes by keeping call on mute. They also promise that their sups will call in 48 hours but you will never receive those calls. I called more than 20 to 25 times just for refund of INR 1,499.

As a compensation, I want double refund (INR 3,000) what I paid to you because I am mentally and economically tortured by your unprofessional and untrained executives since last 20 days.

This is my last warning to you guys. If I will not receive double refund in next 48 hours, I will sue you in consumer forum court. I will also post feedbacks on social media and stop my friends, colleagues, travel partners, relatives buying any products from Naaptol as it is fraud company.

Bcc @ PAN India Travel Partners/Hotels/Suppliers – Do not buy anything from Naaptol and stop your belongings doing it.
