Hi Team, This is to inform you that i had sent Parcel(CPU) from pune to punjab were is have been charged Rs810 for courier + Rs200 for insurance. Total amount was paid to your executive on dated 25th April 2017 and same was reached on 29th April 2017. As DTDC executive has not given me original receipt of insurance copy were as he has written by hand on same copy. My main concern start here, when my parcel was received by my brother in Punjab same was not in the condition that I had sent CPU was totally damaged when i came to known i was shocked the way I had packed my parcel it was not in same condition. Please let me know that now who is responsible for the same. I need refund of my money or pay the charges for repairing. It was very worst experience this time. As i have not faced any issues with your service before I request you to look into this matter for satisfaction of customer service. Apart from this i have attached screenshots of all damaged product and receipt
