I am very disappointed from your esteemed company reply,the day I book the complain, I clearly told the customer executive that I have the payments have been made through the Jio money app, in reply I got an assurance that, the reply or the solution will be via msg plus a call, but I didn’t receive any call from your side.Infact the connection without any messages has been cut,this is very disappointing.
Again I request you to please continue the services and please once again resolve the payment issue, I have done two payments and both having successful status according to your Jio money app.

For the numbers 8840XX0378 and 8318XX2295 .
Hoping for your kind and correct response, my account is debited twice with rupees 309/- and Jio money app has confirmed with a status that is successful. We are facing a problem and looking for a genuine solution.

My Jio number is 7005XX7158. I had a recharge of 309 on 29th April but till now it has not been activated. I have already communicated the problem to customer care and was assured of getting it resolved in a couple of days but to no effect as yet.
