I have put online order for the item named Unique 50 Pcs Stainless Steel Dinner Set + Free Knife Set + Chopping Board with Rs.1848/- on 7th oct. 2014 for which I paid through net banking.Till today ie 5th Nov. 2014 I have not received the material from naaptol. I have talked to the customer care of naaptol more than 10 to 15 times.Every day they assure me of delivering the material shortly. But no result is found.

I want to get the material as early as possible maintaining the quality which I have seen when order was given.
