To Dated : 05/11/2014 SnapDeal India Pvt Ltd India Ref : Request #10664821 Sub : Telephonic conversation with head supervisor “Anjali” Dear Sir I regret to inform you that despite of sending several email and phone calls i didn’t received any revert calls or emails from you regarding the reverse pick up. I have never imagined such a poor customer care service from such a huge website like snapdeal. I think you doesn’t even read customers emails. I would like to inform you that as per my telephonic conversation with the head supervisor “Mrs Anjali” on 03/11/2014 around 11 AM regarding reverse pickup and my full refund money. She promised me to revert back with the solution within 24 hrs. I told her that i need my money back against the faulty item which you have send it. Since its clearly mentioned on your website that the customers will get the money in 4-5 working days but unfortunately its been more than 15 working days since haven’t received my money. I request you to kindly refund me my money back. Therefore i request you to kindly revert back or i have to take strict action against your esteemed website. Thanking You Regards nidhi
