I have made a complaint for my Napptol.Com Shopping Order No. 9368446 and company told that I should return the product and they’ll make refund. I have returned the product and company has set SMS on my Mobile that they have processed request for refund against order no. 9368446 on date 13/06/2014 but till date after making so many complains with customer care I have not got my any refund.

I just want my refund of Rs. 3950 as early as possible. Kindly help.
