My name is Shaik Abdul Gafoor staying at Nidadavole….i have purchased a Geycer from Narayana Emporium at Nidadavole….Branded Vijay Home Appliances…Model SWHTQ 15 LTRS Serial No:23090192 on 23.01.2012..its working one year in good condition….unfortunately i have face a problem with inner part thermo stat……i ask the dealer……for above said problem dealer said that the heating element is not working ……please replace it….i am ready to replace it ……but the dealer not provide the element since 6 months…….i want to pay the amount for that but the dealer not respond……i have feel very irritating……so please rectify the problem sir…..from you side…

I want the heater element spare…… i am ready to pay the amount…… dealer said that part is not available….. if the company in a situation not provde the spares how they make business…. i was spend 5000 for purchase…..till to date i have not satisfied bcz heating element part is not available……
