I am using Airtel broadband with landline number 01147056578. Airtel keeps on regularly revising my plan. They have always increased my plan rental without my consent. I have complaint numerous times but they never give some valid reason. I have recently emailed on 22 April 2014 for my recent plan cost increase and have got no response from them. Their executives do not listen to the issue and do not provide proof/reasons to Why Airtel in increasing my plan cost ? Please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

Airtel should be peanalized for enforcing its decision on consumers.
