My name is akshay and my wife bought i phone from a shop by the name of sheeba tel in tilak nagar they gave an extended warranty for 5000 rs for liquid and physical damage they gurantee to repair ot in 15 working days in my case the front screen was broke and now it is already 2.5 months and i have no call from them and every time i call they say it is under process i have said them to return it back a week ago I have two ref no.s 18081 and one for requesting it back N6640 the same thing happend with my brother in law Hope i get a feed back on my complaint.

Either a new i phone 5 or 5s or repair and refund my 5000 rupees
