Ref. : POLICY NO : 200301/48/10/ 9800000290 Previous Policy No. 200301/48/09/ 980000307) This is to being to your kind Notice that I am holder of the above mentioned Policy Number and had given my premium regularly. There was a theft in my shop on 08.12.10 at night hours and subsequently the same was informed to the insurance co. on 09.12.10 at day time. As desired, all the required documents including F.I.R and the Final Report from the Court was submitted to the surveyor for his verification and releasing the claim to me. But, unfortunately the same has not been done till now and it is more than a year since the incident and no initiative has been taken as yet from their end.

Since I am waiting for the settlement of my Genuine claim since approx 3 years. Now I want full n final settlement with interest @ 18% p.a.
