After my online booking of book ,I got the Tracker id no 349907923 from trackon courier on 27-07-2013.(as per norm delivery will be of 7 days) *on 05-08-2013 , I had inquired with trackon official site for tracking of my order and I found that on 28-07-2013, my parcel has been delivered to Banglore Trackon person name Manjunath with mob no.9036618695(the mob no was also given wrong) *I contacted to him and to their customer care no 08041154730.But no response.Then I have given them mail (csdbanglore@trackoncourier.com) regarding the issues and asked them to give my parcel to my home address. *But one lady name Anitha told to contact mr Manjunath as parcel is with him. *I contacted to Mr Manjunath ,But he was not picking my call .At last he picked it and told I have sent my person to give you the parcel.you call to him and his mob no-9343299520. *Then I called to that person,but that person told I don’t know about your parcel ,you talk with manjunath only. *I had contacted to manjunath and anitha and told them I need my parcel ,as my exam is next week and i have to read the book. *They only told me that give your proper address even if I have given so *Today morning I got shocked when I saw in their site that tracker no has been delivered on 02-07 13 with signature. *Then I told this to Anita .But they have send a scanned copy Where Against my tracker no unknown signature was there , *such a huge negligence From Trackon service,Moreover they are not responding to my call and not telling the truth.

I want my book and good lesson to trackon service ,so that in future in wont happen with other student
