I sent packages from Tagarapuvalasa to Bangalore- KR Puram with way bill No: 23824 on 10th April 2015. Till now I did not receive my item. I contacted Navata Transport through customer care, mail, Branch office at Tagarapuvalasa, Branch office at Bangalore- KR Puram, till now I did not get any response from anybody from Navata.
1. Lost Rs 5000/- worth of items 2. Spent lot of time to approaching Navata 3. Lot of mental agony and stress 4. Went to Navata branches by spending money for transport and wasting time.
1. My items back or Rs 5000/- for items lost 2. Towards transportation charges, phone calls, time, mental agony Rs. 5000/-
