I have purchased mobile of brand HTC in the month of November 2014 . It was working perfectly till February and started showing problem as auto off of applications. hanging . voice echo . I gave mobile for repair in their authorised center under job no. DEL0260004610 DEL0260004588 but in vein . 1st April again gave them for repair under DEL0260004850. Since 10th April no proper information is being provided to me when. It’s month now I would be grateful if you can intervene and get my money refunded as its lot of mental stress as well as calling them daily is agony. My work depends on mobile hence causing stess. Please help me and oblige
