Tata Sky – No Response to Consumer Grievance

i have tata sky connection with customer id 1088823685.i had recharged my account in the end of march and also added an extra channel(nick)into my pack on the cost of rs.25 per month.from 2nd april to 11 april i did not received more than 50% channels of my pack and nick channel which i added as an la carte channel till 29th of april.they said that they were upgrading their system and gave numbers to sms and call if i am facing any problem.i did sms and i called up their customer care service several times for 10 days.they registered my complaint and said that they will send someone to check my set up box within 24 hrs.but no one came.they deducted rs.25 for extra channel from my tata sky account which i only saw for 3 days.i want to complaint against tata sky for their poor service and loss of my money due to their negligence.

i want my money back and fine of rs.2000 upon them for their poor service.
