Tata Sky – Wrong information Money Deduction

Hi, my Subscriber ID no is 1081126888 for tata sky, We have complaint on tata sky customer care no on 12 April about no service due to their system up gradation, But unfortunately on daily basis customer care person cheated us by providing us the wrong information about field engg. visit. after 70 calls(approx) to customer care finally the big day came and the agent visited our home on 25th April and without intimating us he changed our setup box on 26th April. he has taken back our old box as well by saying that he will check on the problem and replace the box after 2 days. But till now no information has came till now. And on 26th April they have disconnected our services as well due to overdue of payment. but my due date was 9th May. now in customer care nobody is responding my calls. If they picked up calls by mistake, They put the call on hold for 20 -30 min and disconnect. I am going thru a mental trauma due to this issue. please suggest what should i do.

I want a a written apology letter from company and my whole expenses to be covered up along with the mental stress compensation.
