New India Assurance – Claim Approval Issues

I am victim of fraud or probably negligence or harassment. My phone was damaged but as i had the insurance , so insurance company took the phone on the 23rd of august. After 10 days they emailed me that phone claim is approved and you will get the phone by 16th september. Till date(23 rd sepetember) the phone is not returned yet. When i call then no one picks up also. There are two party involved . 1) onsite care . They picked up the phone. I have the receipt. It seems that they provide the pick up and drop facilities for the insurance company . Job sheet number 104175 . Complaint number – 95157 . Phone number – 9920599xxx 2) MPP insurance :- they are providing the insurance. The intimation number is 1400011756. phone number – 02249107910 Both the parties are not replying my emails . I have been frustrated and mentally harassed .

I want my phone back and also need the compensation for the mental hares sent i have gone through.
