i have purchased a mobile set of nokia-500 from planet m outlet sahara ganj lucknow 226001 on july 2012.set was about of rs- 9500/- ( imei no- 352417050191790). after 2 months of purchasing that set failed to work properly. display problem was there in set. then i contact nokia care centre -“m/s b.k. & co., leela mansion ( first floor ) behind leela cinema, nawal kishore road, hazratganj lucknow now shifted to somewhere near nagar nigam office bhopal house lalbagh lucknow.” they repaired it in around 2 months. but that display problem reappeared in one month,also problem like no network campon started.. again i contact nokia care again they took 2 months.. after using my phone for a period of 15 days that problem reappeared.. my phone was under warranty.. i said many times to nokia that “kindly replace my phone with new phone because that set was defected..” again in june 2014 my phone was unable to power on. when i contact nokia care center they said that your phone will be repaired in one month, after one month they are saying my phone cant be repaired.my phone is in nokia center right now.my phone stopped to work properly 5 times in a spam of 2 years. but nokia never listen to me.also the staff there at nokia center was misbehaving with me kinda rude attitude towards me.they don’t know abcd of customer service.i want new phone

I want new Nokia set instead of that defected piece which was given to me.Kindly help me so that I can get my phone.
