dear sir / madam my name is abhishek kashyap.i would like to inform you that i had purchased sony xperia c mobile phone (imei – 358095052407952) from shop mobile point which is located in h-4/12 sector 16 rohini delhi 110085. and from this shop i insured my mobile from company new mobile care for this they charged rupees 1830 . new mobile care company is located in wz-109 street number 1 sadh nagar palam colony new delhi -110045 . but on 4 august 2014 i had an accident due to this my phone screen was broked and my phone becomes dead. so i call insurance company to repair my phone. so on 8 august 2014 new mobile company executive came to my house and he had collected my phone with my original bill.. he said that maximum 15 days will take to repair my mobile. but after that till 02-09-2014. i called many times in insurance company for knowing my status of my mobile phone i tried these number 18002007xxx (which was mention in insurance reciept) and i tried all numbers which was mention on their site .011656464xx,01165646xx,01165646xx,01164646xx,01125024xx. 01149448xx .and another number which was given by the executive that was 9268032xxx which was in the name of mr amit. after trying these numbers company said that it my mobile is repaired in 2 days then again i call in two days they said my mobile is in service centre i would be repaired in one week. i called so many times till 01-09-2014 after that all number is busy or unreacheable i tried many times but their was no response. after few days i go to dealer shop he said that company is shifted to the new location. i visited on 10-09-2014. then dealer give me the new number of new mobile care insurance which was 9212333xxx. on this number i called them regularly till 19-09-2014. on each day they said that my request is registered they call me in 24 hours but still their no response . then again i go to dealer shop on 20-09-2014 they give me a new number which was 9999090xxx in this mr. rakesh attend the call they said our company is merged thats why there is technical problem he also said he would give all the status related details of my phone on tuesday i.e 23-09-2014. but i call again on tuesday he said that he would be able to give my phone status after 10 to 15 days i asked him why then he became angry and started misbehaving on call
so i would request you to please take some action regarding this. and against insurance company new mobile care. and please help me to knowing my mobile repairing status. my insurance details are new mobile care company my insurance plan id is 29030 mobile name which is going to be repaired in this insurance company is sony xperia c imei number is 358095052407952 mobile dealer shop name mobile point dealer contact – 9560446542 my phone number is 9911222xx.
