Sir, I put a order 8857935 (Infinium 2 Gram Valentine Gold Coin of 995 purity(BIS Hallmarked) (QTY:1)) but they transferred that to another merchant vide order no 8909916- ( 2gm 24Kt Purity 995 Fineness Lakshmi Gold Coin By CaratLane (QTY:1) that too without my consent (i don’t know how did they transferred the order without communicate me), I need clarification on the following, 1. For transferring my order without my knowledge to another merchant that too alternate product 2. For transferring the item in the new order 3. For giving the false information and commitments when i call the customer care 4. Instead of various reminders not getting the refund 5. For wasting my professional time 6. For making me feel cheated 7. If any other valid ground I requested them to cancel and asked for refund, whenever i call they told that they will initiate in 2 hrs 3 hrs 24 hrs like that,

I want my refund of clue bucks and money immediately no further delay will be tolerated , Note you they have confirmed that they will refund it shortly on 29th Nov 2013 thru mail, but still the refund not happened
