Dear Sir / Mam, My mob no is 9323009870(postpaid), As per this month bill my operator vodafone mumbai have charged Rs 6 for SMS-Special Number 56767661 on 9th & 10th November 2013 as attached bill No 56767661 is the ICICI Mobile banking no, And I had discussed with bank customer care (Reference No SR294338583) they told me that I had not sent any message on these date. I have also attached mail to complaint vodafone authority. They are not ready to revert wrong charges. Regards, Yogesh 9323009870 Mumbai
