1) LG not ready to provided my any status for my product isue / repair / status in written 2) LG is not ready to provide me detail of escalation hierarchy email address matrix / SLA details. 3) Issue timeline in Last 15 days i) LG service have picked the product (Top loader Washing Machine,P8537R3F.ARGPEIL) on 23/11/2013 with leakage problem ii) LG service Returned product on 27th November 2013 with same problem iii) LG service again returned the product on 5th December 2013 with same problem
Dont want to continue with this brand , Want a full refund of my money
