Hi Team, I am employee of Cognizant and has a Corporate medical policy with UHC. My father was admitted to hospital 3 times last year. There was 3 claims for the same but for each of the claims UHC has deducted much more than allowable amount. I am fighting with them from last 7 months and each time they are coming up with a different logic. 2 months back they finally agreed that they have deducted Rs. 11,534 as extra and they will refund that. As per my calculation they have deducted more than Rs. 60,000 extra but they are not agreeing. I have a mail proof for all my claims and how UHC has changed their explanation over the last 7 months.
