Respected sir, In order to inform you that I am using telenor network and there is a plan in telenor that 28 days free telenor to telenor with recharge of rs 121 but a offer is came before 28 days on my telenor no 8423140595 that 56 days free talk telenor to telenor with recharge of rs 121. So I have recharged with rs 110 and I got rs115, I had some extra rupees so by including rs 6 I recharged with rs 121 to get the same offer, recharge was successful on my no. And I recieved a message that your extra benefit has credited on you for free telenor to telenor call for 56 days. I was using the benefit of this offer but Yesterday 28days completed after recharge of rs121 and now the free telenor to telenor call is not working. I contacted to customer care 4 times today dated 18 March in the morning and everybody told me that u don’t have any such offer and somebody told that u have recharged with yourself so you didn’t get the extra benefit and atlast I contacted to senior customer care.. She compl etely refused to listen me and told me that you do not have recharged with rs 121 in last 90 days while in last 90 I have recharged by rs 40 many times and by rs 70 and rs 87 but she only told me that there is no such data us shown on my system. So I am very disappointed with the telenor company that why they give such a offer if they don’t have guts to give extra benefit. They are totally making fool to customer in order to increase their recharge for their greediness. So I am requesting you to give your important time on this cheating offer given by the telenor company and resolve my problem. I hope that you will surely your kind attention towards me and such other complain like this. Thanking you sir.
