Dispute of on line credit card payment

Dear Sir/Madam, This mail is in concern with an on-line payment dispute between SBI Credit Card & Naaptol Billdesk. I ordered a shefield dual hot plate from Naaptol on 26th Feb 2016 for which I made an on-line payment of Rs.2898/- by SBI Credit card. After the payment was made, one pop-up appeared that your item will be delivered by 03rd Mar 2016. But that didn’t happen. When I made an query to Naaptol regarding it, they confirmed me that no payment is received for the item. I logged a complaint with Naaptol after confirming from SBI card that the payment is made from their end. Naaptol on line Rep. suggested me to forward the payment document to back office CRM of Naaptol. Immediately I downloaded the statement from SBI card site, in which it is clearly showing that the above mentioned payment is made to Naaptol. The statement was forwarded to Naaptol back office CRM. Since that day I had contacted Naaptol quite a few times but they had never bother to contact me for any kind of update. I e xactly don’t know who is the culprit between them but I am the only sufferer. Now I want to take up this matter to consumer court for settlement. Please advice accordingly.
