No internet connectivity customer care poor service

Internet connection was off since Nov29,2013. I registered a complaint on Nov.30,2013 12:48p.m. Today its Dec.4,2013 and none of their representatives or any technicians have contacted me since then. I have called the customer care for like 15 times and every time they say that my complaint is forwarded but no action is taken.

I am a working lady who has to work from home too and has to attend late night meetings with managers in US. I missed my meetings because the internet connection wasn’t working and so has to bear the consequences of degraded reputation in my team. Second, I was to get flight tickets to home booked for christmas. But due to internet problems, it got delayed and the tickets cost me around Rs.5000 more than what would have costed me if booked earlier.

I want a relief of atleast Rs.2500, around the half of the extra cost on the tickets. And a proper working internet connection.
