Hi, I have been trying to reach them via email and phone but there is no response at all. THey are not arranging for the return and refund back my money. It really getting annoying and waste of time and money. Keeping on hold for more than 30 mins when contacted customer care.

I want my refund back and compensation for the mental tension and phone calls.
