Phone is hanging and slow down touch also not working when i charge mobile with there original charger it hanging and not working properly.i had purchase online and paid in advance. i order on 13.07.2016 and received in 16.07.16 mobile cost Rs 11,999/- mobile model no Redmi Note 3 Dark Grey 32G. Complain no is 160723001203 Complain Dt 23.07.2016 They said they will replace the mobile on 23.07.2016.None has been come to received the mobile phone to take coursers.and give me back my new mobile on dt 08.08.2016 after 16 days no other response from xiomi.

I have my mobile to be change. after complain of 16 days i have suffering still no response from xiomi. Now i want mobile phone to be change hand to hand or give my money back with interest.They have spoil my birthday gift.i am suffering mental harassment no response from service center. then why they have opened.
