No response for after sale service

For Dish TV connection , i had submit my set up box based on investigation of their technician it was faulty. They had given me working set up after taking deposit of 1500 Rs . After waiting of @ 1 year they had infomed that yoursetup box has technical problem which we are not able to solve. Then i had asked him to return me depsoit amount and my old box as per their commitment. Please note that i had spend more than 1500 rupees for call / personal visit to their office.

As on today also i had tried to solve this issue with sales executive – Mr.Dholkawala but there is not any resplonse. As per Mr.Dholkawala this service is closed recently in Jan-2010 hence it is not possible by him to support in this regards.
