No service under warranty by Croma

I bought LG AC from Croma retail on 24-Apr-11, I was forcefully sold extended warranty and was made to pay extra. The extended warranty is in force till 24-Apr-14. The AC is giving me problem from day-1 and I have been repeatedly complaining about the same. Everytime I log a complaint with the customer care centre of Croma on 1800-258-3636 I get verbal assurances about getting the problem resolved but the problem is not resolved. Their technicians always say that the problem is not in their control and sometimes have even misbehaved with my elderly parents. I have complained many times to Croma customer care but there is no action from their side. I even logged a complaint with CORE last year, all I got in return from Croma was a Courtesy call but no permanent resolution of the problem. The technicians blame the manufacturer for problems and take no action. At the time of purchase I was promised, that Croma would be the point of contact for all problems the same is mentioned in extended warranty card also but Croma is not taking any ownership of the problem. Last time, I logged a complaint with Croma on 13-Apr-13, they assured me that a technician would soon visit and resolve the problem. Two days later I recieved a call from local Croma centre informing me that they had recieved the complaint only then and that a technician would visit soon. Till date there is no call, no technician visit and no initiative from Croma to solve the problem. It seems to be an attempt to exhaust the extended warranty period and avoid service.
