Hi, I purchased airtel Datacard 2 months ago from Airtel. But unfortunately I came to know that I cant install any software on my official laptop so I made the cancellation request on same day I purchased it. The vender “Sourav” from airtel GGN barch assured me to return back my 1000 rs. But still I haven’t receive my money and he is regularly promising to return money. Kindly look into this issue as it is already 2 months late.
