Dear Sir /Madam My Name is Sandeep Singh and I have perched a Jiwan Saral Policy on Date 23/02/2011. My Policy no. is 301923201. This policy monthly ECS is 1021 rupees withdrawal on my SBI Account. But 28/08/2012 to till date my ECS not withdrawal on my account. But LIC not inform me regarding this matter. On Nov. I have check my own bank account statement and I find my ECS was not withdrawal to few months. I am go to the LIC office Gurdev Nagar , Near Arti cinema , Firozepur Road Ludhiana on Nov. 2012 and they sing two any forms and they says one submitted LIC office and other submitted to Bank. but till month my ECS was not withdrawal on my bank account. please solve this matter as soon as possible.
