I booked a broadband connection on 21st feb 2013 . BSNL didn’t have instrument and bsnl ppl did the wiring on 5th march but with my own efforts i installed my own instrument which started functioning on 20th march. But when the bill received my me, it was around 3300INR. However when i applied for the same i was told that in your 900 broadband plan nothing will be charged and being govt employee i will also be given 20% discount. I have deposited the bill becoz of last day. But I request the higher authorities of BSNL jodhpur to refund me my excess money paid by me and also send the bill correctly in future. Otherwise i will be compelled to write to delhi. Pl do me favour at the earliest.
