Respected Sir, I, Rishabh Agarwal, had requested M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company for issuing the NOC towards my resignation from the post of Insurance Agent (ABLIC1002795837) as i am now willing to join LIC, India. I had submitted the required documents (INR 210 Stamp paper attested by notary for transfer, PAN Card and application) on 9th February,2016. Please refer the attachment. However, even after regular follow up with M/s Bajaj Allianz, i have not received my NOC till date. Kindly look into the matter. Hoping for a positive response.
