Sir, i have purchased Nokia C 225 phone from Mobile Point, Ayappas Compound, Pazhavangady, East fort, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. the phone worked properly for only one week. after that the phone started showing network complaint so i contacted nokia Care at karamana. they took the phone on observation for one day and delivered the phone dack to me after three days saying that your phone is perfect and i took my phone back to home. on reaching the home the same complaint persisted and when i contacted them they said to use a different company sim and i tried the same but still there was problem. i took my phone again to the nokia care, karamana.and confirmed that this was network complaint and said that the board be replaced and the phone will be delivered in 15 to 20days. I got the phone delivered from them on 20.10.2014. and they said that the new EMI number is as.
