I submitted my phone for repair on 08-Aug-2014. Work Order No.310000645893 and IMEI No.911329850137929. My phone is not yet repaired even after 2 MONTHS. This is egregious. Further company is still not giving any definite time for repair. Company is not even returning my phone so that I can try to get it repaired from the outside. I am unable to get any resolution. Further it is very difficult to reach to the customer care as the phone line is always busy and there is no one trying to help out.

company to replace the phone without any cost. i claim rs.10000 for harassment done by the company
