Nokia handset – faulty service from service centre

Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased a Nokia handset on dtd. 24th May – 2013 from Ghaziabad. One month back, I faced a problem in my handset, its mic was not working and for this I gave it to Nokia customer service centre (Neil Communication) at Sector 10, Noida (India). After 7 Days, I got it back from there with so many screeches on handset and the problem did not fix properly. After a week, I faced same problem again with many other problems as well. I call to customer care and requested them to replace it and they advised me to re-submit my phone in the same Nokia service centre at Noida and issued a complaint No. 1-14841545591 and committed to update in 72Hhours, which has completed on 5th Dec-13 Then, on dtd. 30.11.2013 at 13.23, I submitted this phone to Nokia service centre (Ref. Job sheet No. 962433527/131130/10) at sector – 10, Noida and informed this job sheet no. to Nokia customer care officer. Thursday, I call to customer care to ask about update on my complaint but they do not have any extract status. Till Thursday (5th Dec-13) I did not get any call neither from service centre and nor from Nokia customer care for updating on replacement or repairing. I called to both teams but did not get any positive response. Nokia customer care officer advised me to call and ask to Nokia Service centre and Service Centre is not advising me exact status and problem, just told me to ask on another 2 days. I am very fed up from this problem. I am strongly complaining of Nokia for this level of Service & Customer care. They are wasting my time after a this much problem not committed to replace it. I am requesting you to please take an action on it and please help for a replacement of my handset.
