Dear Sir, I purchased a handset Nokia ASHA-305 From 29, Daily Market, Spencer Plaza, NEYVELI (TamilNadu), A Authorised dealer of Nokia INdia. The mobile is getting swithed off frequently and microphone has stopped working from 17.06.2013. when I went customer service centre to get repaired my mobile , They demanded money for repairing mobile. I have told them for warranty period and show them bill.still they did not agree and asked for money. I have already lodged a complaint but I did not get any response from the concerned deptt.

Considering all the losses in mind, I want to get my mobile replaced and a compensation of Rs. 10,000.
