Hello ,sir /madam Last year I have purchased a Nokia mobile model no.Asha 501 and since then i am facing problems with it . i have taken my phone 7 times to Nokia care in 9 mouths . but i am facing the same problem again and again . i told them that i want a replacement but they are not giving me that instead of that they are saying that take your phone to nokia care again and we will repair it . I have asked them how many times you have to repair a phone. Because i have given my phone 7 time to nokia care in 9 months and still its not working properly . So now i would like to file a case against nokia for not assisting there customer properly and one more thing my phone warranty is expiring in august . That is why they are not replacing my phone . I have contacted noika also but they are not doing anything . i would like you to help me out regards sameer kapila
I want my money back . Now i don’t want a replacement that phone is not worth of using . And I am not going to buy any phone from this company .
