I am alwin kurian abraham from kerala kollam district. I am here to register a complaint about the on-line shopping website name called purplle.com.I had made the on-line purchase on 13-05-2014 . Order # : 20140513237244.It is a on-line payment.(Details enclosed : Method: DEBITCARD , Rs.134 ).But the order didn’t placed or i didn’t get any information or they didn’t take my call yet.Only by mail they saying will despatch soon..Two weeks before too till now they didn’t respond my mails too.I am feeling very tensed and likely they are trying to bribe me in public.Am not care of Rs 134 but they have to keep a word true and don’t try to fool poor customers.They can reply too for the phones and mails but am failed.There are so many incidents that on-line shopping sites fooling the customers.I am requesting you the consumer court that please provide me the relief and keep the fake on-line shoppers out of the internet world.

I want refund and do keep study a lesson to the fake on-line shopping site “PURPLLE.COM”
