Nokia India – Not working proper device drop network

Date of Nokia Mobile purchase 19-03-2015 From the date of purchase i faced the issues so software update but after update also phone not working proper device drop network not able to do call,dropped WiFi after submitted in company they update device but problem continues at that time they check device has no hardware issues but problem not solved After 10 days i also go customer care center regarding same issues of WiFi and network drop and find new issues related device music playback when i am insert hands free device goes to silent automatically at that time they are saying me that there is a problem in device hardware failure so submite device Regarding this i contact customer care for two times but not given any help for consumer

NO any damage on phone its a brand new handset of INR 22600
