i am tata sky user with id 1075340727 on 17.04.2015 complain ( no. 153975.3.2015) for poor service. i use to subscribe it annually & for the purpose i subscribe it for Rs 6400/- but on 24/04/2015 i got a message “your semi annual mega HD pack is due for renewal in a week”. it means they provide me half year services for full year payment.

full year payment half year services & poor service.approx 6000/- loss.

i want my money back with security & want them to take their set top box wih dish, wire etc.
